About the Class: 

The 5-day intensive, hands-on training utilizes the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) training course to ensure students receive a nationally recognized training program in electricity, gas, steam, and refrigeration. Upon successful course completion technicians will be awarded the MTEC/CFESA Training Certificate.
