The Northern New England Energy Conference is brought to you by the Maine Energy Marketers Association and the Energy Marketers Association of New Hampshire. This conference has become a cornerstone for our industry in Northern New England, fostering collaboration and innovation.

The 2025 NNEE Conference is taking place from June 23 - 25, 2025 at Mill Falls at the Lake in Meredith, NH.

Conference Details:

The conference starts on Monday, June 23, with afternoon Board of Directors' meetings followed by a welcome cocktail reception, an awards and recognition ceremony, and formal dinner. Evening activities include live music along with opportunities for conversation and relaxation while enjoying drinks on the patio or venue bar, all while taking in beautiful lake views. 

Exhibitors can begin setting up their booths at 3:00 PM on Monday, June 23, or as early as 7:30 AM on Tuesday, June 24. Inside exhibitors will be provided with an 8' table, including linens and power. The outdoor exhibit area is limited, and truck dimensions must be provided to ensure adequate spacing. Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Exhibit teardown must be completed by 9:00 AM on Wednesday, June 25. Vendors will be exhibiting both inside and outside on Monday afternoon and Tuesday.

Education sessions will take place on Tuesday morning, June 24. We’re excited about the educational offerings this year—details will be available soon! After education, attendees can network with each other and the vendors while enjoying great food and stunning views during the Mount Washington luncheon cruise or explore other local adventures on their own. Please note that there will be no golf tournament this year due to the limited availability of courses in the nearby area.

The evening will feature our “Vendor Blender” cocktail reception, complete with vendor gift raffles and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be on your own, allowing you to experience the culinary delights Meredith has to offer. See our restaurant guide here. We recommend making reservations ahead of time.
